We celebrated Phoebe's #5 with a Frozen Birthday Party. Katie outdid herself and had spent months calling the Disney store to try and get Phoebe an Elsa dress in her size. Weeks before she was able to run down and get one and surprise Phoebe on her birthday. I don't think she has taken it off since... she loves her dresses. We played games and ate sweet snowman Olaf treats. I love this girl... sweet, strong willed, a snuggler and a screamer all in one. She will steal your heart with all the little things she says and does. That doesn't mean she does't have many occasional moments where she is a little terror and when she is... she is the best darn terror if ever there was!
