One Word

I have been thinking about my one word for this coming year for the past couple of weeks. Every time I think I have found it, I mull it around in my head for a while until another comes to me. All good words... Faith, Simplify, Balance, Organize, Change, Be Fit, Think First, First Things First, Service. Heaven knows, I need them all. Thoughts of change make me feel excited, yet deep down uncomfortable and overwhelmed too. I do think change is possible, with the Lord's help. Big things are accomplished with consistent small steps...

The word that feels right and keeps coming back into my mind is Priority. I am going to do my best to keep that word in my head this year and try to put first things first... Before I start my day, I will ask, 'What are the most important things to accomplish today?' Before I start a project, I am going to ask myself, 'Is this where my time is best spent?' It is easy to let the least important things get in the way of the most important things. 2010 here we come! What is the word you would pick?

You are always putting other's before yourself...make yourself the "priority" this year. Good word. Love you sis!
