Hot Cocoa For The Masses

Lindsey's motto 'Go Big or Go Home' applies to our homemade hot cocoa mix. Our love for it gets in the way of our common sense of quantity. It's yummy, especially when you add your favorite flavor. No one appreciates it quite like our 'always cold' Lindsey. We use my sister Becky's recipe and make plenty, after all... hot chocolate is always best when shared :)

Becky's Hot Cocoa Mix
1 lb 10 oz dry nonfat powdered milk
4 cups powdered sugar
16 oz Coffee-mate chocolate flavor non dairy creamer
11 oz Coffee-mate original non-dairy creamer
2 lb box Nestle's Quick
*For extra goodness, add a small spoonful of your favorite coffee-mate flavor like Hazelnut, Amaretto, French Vanilla or others to your hot cup of cocoa.
