The quiet night they planned ended when their toilet backed up. Our quiet night ended when they showed up, needing to use the toilet. The pipes in the old rental they live in gets tree roots in them from time to time and can create quite the mess. Root killer does help when we use it regularly. Ransom ran to Home Depot to rent a 4" Auger. Thankfully they were still open for a few more minutes. He and Paul took off the toilet and started cleaning our the pipes, brown sludge flying everywhere. It was disgusting. Bless Ransom's heart. He triple wiped it clean and sterilized it. All I can say is Katie owes him big time. Give him whatever he wants... We never know what the day will bring do we?
