Our Christmas Tree traditional has changed this year. We have been going to the Christmas tree farm ever since I can remember to chop our tree down. This year, with just Abby at home, we opted for a smaller tree at the tree lot... all four feet of one. One strand of lights and we were quickly done. Larry and I were quoted pleased with ourselves. In the morning, Jack came up after his bath and squealed with delight.
Abby picked out a delightfully cute small tree for her room and decorated it with mercury glass ornaments. Breathtaking! It makes her room feel so magical.
