One of mine and Larry's favorite things to watch is Dr. Oz... fast forwarding through all of the commercials. He writes a lot of the info into a notebook for future reference. We are learning tidbits of good advice that we are bringing into our lives. The girls are quick to roll their eyeballs, but Larry and I press on... quite delighted in our new knowledge and time together :)

One of the signs of getting older is watching Dr. Oz. I'm right with you. I love the show and often watch it while I'm working out at Gold Star. I've book marked it on my i-pad :)
