Cold
A cold spell has hit Utah... we know it's cold here when we find out that Abby has been layering her pajamas. The basement gets extra cold, but it seems wasteful to try and keep the whole house warm. I know it sounds cheap, but I like the word mindful. Instead, we count our blessings with snuggling time and having slumber parties with Kelsie & Abby in our room. I love these times.

i miss those snuggling nights with you guys...trying to be the first to sleep before abs and dad...makes those chilly times more bearable.
We miss you too. But... we are always open for a slumber party with you and Tyler :)
this chilly weather sure makes me glad that i am not a pioneer traveling in a wagon or pulling a handcart!
Bundle up and stay warm. If I were there I would cuddle with you, but not on the floor :) Be sure and have some hot cocoa to warm your insides. I bet it seems even more cold coming back from ☼ California!
