Shredded Beef Tacos? Must be Katie's Bday :)

We celebrated Katie's Bday on Sunday. Ransom's sister, Emily is staying with us as she gets settled in Utah and came up with a yummy idea for cupcakes just for Katie. We started decorating and held our breaths... not quite like the picture, but we had fun and were delighted with the end result. Yummy too! We are already thinking of our next project. Thank you Emily... we sure love having you with us!
