Labor Day

We celebrated Labor Day with dinner and a swim at Larry's parents. Grilled London Broil and Joe's Dutch Oven Potatoes. Mmmm! Mmmm! Mmmmm! Mmmmm! Mmmmm! Yes it was that good. Instead of 5 stars, I will give it 5 Mmmm's. Conrad played like a fish in the water, the kids played SCUM and we visited. Carolyn made an out of this world good Ice Cream Roll dessert... many snuck seconds until it was all gone :)

Wave Running Take Two

We woke up to the sun shining and headed back up to Deer Creek early this morning. Most of the family had to work, but a few of the lucky ones were able to go :) The wind started up and splashed water in our faces just about the entire time. Afterwards, Josh bundled himself up in a towel and laid on the warm concrete, trying to get warm. My favorite time at the lake was watching Abby's face when Josh took her for a thrill ride and a couple of spills :) It was a wonderful way to start the day.
