Lemon Meringue Pie Heaven

I took a little Sunday nap and woke up in Lemon Meringue Pie heaven. Sunday dinners are always topped off with a yummy dessert lovingly made by Ashlee. The best part? There is already a piece of pie with my name on it in the fridge for breakfast. What a great way to welcome in a Monday morning :)
