Bon Bons

We missed Lindsey on our trip. She had to stay home for work. We were delightfully surprised with enchiladas for dinner and she was just finishing up her bon bons when we walked in. The kids joined in to help her. We didn't have the right ice cream scoop and though they didn't quite look like the ones in her recipe book, they were just as yummy!
