She is the guardian over the finances who questions everything... nothing gets by Aletta. She, along with our family, carries the weight of Pebbles on her shoulders. She is a master juggler as we work with cash flow and vendors. She is the cheerleader that always tells us, 'we can do it!' She is the reprimander when needed, and yes it is often needed as bookkeeping is much more structured than I am. I can often make her job more difficult than it needs to be. She is tenacious, thorough, practical and real organized. I love to hear her laugh. There are times she can put the fear of God in employees. She has a heart of gold. She lifts me when I'm down. There is no one I would rather talk politics with as we share our frustrations with one another... 'Did you hear about?' I love to listen to her hum along with her country music in her office right by mine.... when she does, I know it will be a good day. When I hear her grunt, I know we have struggles. Did I mention she keeps M& M's in her office just for me?
