YW Cooking 101

Tonight our Laurel's from church came over and we made homemade chicken fingers & oven fries, tossed salad and chocolate malts. As hard as it is to believe, many are leaving home in the next couple of years and these basic skills will come in handy... skills that I sure didn't have when I married (my own fault). It was a fun night and something I think we will do again soon.

Getting His Ducks Lined Up

Kelsie's friend Josh is heading back to Michigan today... This trip, Josh got his Utah Drivers license and applied for Utah residency... he'll be good to go to UVU in the fall. There's a lot of loops to jump through and they sure don't make it easy to understand, but we are learning as we go. It's been good to have him here :)
