Chunks

On the way home from skiing, Ash & Kels got excited to make dinner for everyone... a meatball lasagna they had seen in a magazine. They sent us out of the kitchen and called us in when everything was ready. It was a treat that Larry and I thought they should do more often! Kelsie had a pile left on her plate and Ashlee bet her to eat it all at once. So Kelsie shoveled it in, but started gagging and laughing immediately, spewing chunks all over the table & Ashlee. It truly was one of the grossest things I've ever witnessed at the dinner table... even by our family's standards.
Then we had girl night and watched Little Miss Sunshine that we tivo'd... a sweet gem of a movie! Larry & Paul met Paul's Mom up in Bountiful to pick up half a beef? I am not even sure if that's what you call it.

X Country Skiing

The girls all slept in until 11am, which was strange even for them. Half the day was over. Ugh! Abby was in a contagiously bad mood for awhile, crabby Abby we sometimes call her after a late night :) She passed it onto Kelsie, who passed it on to me. That's what sometimes happens in a houseful of girls. Pretty soon everyone was out of whack... except for Larry. We all headed out to do the things that needed to get done and then met up at 2pm. We went up above Sundance for a few hours of x-country skiing, sunshine and time together. It's nice to ski the back country away from the crowds. We don't mind the hills because we know we will have a ball going back down them, crashing all the way. Before we knew it, everyone was back to being happy again and the contagious bad mood was long forgotten :)
